At Acharya Roop Ji, we strive to provide sincere astrological consultations and perform poojas and spiritual rituals with dedication and authenticity. By booking any service, you agree to the following Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1. General Policy
All consultations, poojas, rituals, and spiritual services are provided on a best-effort basis according to traditional beliefs and practices. As these services involve time, expertise, preparation, and religious activities, refunds are limited as described below.
2. Consultation Services
- Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has started or has been completed.
- If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice, the booking may be treated as completed and no refund will be issued.
- Dissatisfaction with predictions, advice, or guidance does not qualify for a refund.
3. Pooja, Ritual, and Spiritual Services
- Once preparations for a pooja, ritual, havan, mantra chanting, or any spiritual service have begun, no refund will be provided.
- If the ritual has already been performed, either partially or fully, payments are non-refundable.
- Due to the sacred nature of these services, photographs, videos, or recordings may not be provided.
4. No Guarantee of Results
Astrology and spiritual remedies are based on faith, tradition, and personal interpretation. Outcomes may vary depending on individual circumstances, karma, actions, and factors beyond anyone’s control.
Therefore, refunds will not be granted because expected results—such as improvements in love, marriage, relationships, career, business, finances, or other personal matters—were not achieved.
5. Client Cancellation
- Cancellation requests made before any consultation or ritual preparation has begun may be considered at our sole discretion.
- Administrative or payment processing charges, if any, may be deducted before issuing an approved refund.
- Once preparation or service delivery has started, cancellation requests will generally not be eligible for a refund.
6. Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend a scheduled consultation, you may request to reschedule in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and reasonable discretion.
7. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
If you accidentally make a duplicate payment or are charged incorrectly due to a technical error, please contact us promptly with proof of payment. Verified duplicate or erroneous payments may be refunded or adjusted as appropriate.
8. Failed Transactions
If your payment fails but funds are debited by your bank or payment provider, the matter should first be verified with the payment processor and your financial institution. Once confirmed, appropriate action will be taken in accordance with applicable procedures.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute after receiving services may result in suspension or refusal of future services. We reserve the right to present booking records, communication history, and payment evidence in response to such disputes.
10. Force Majeure
If services are delayed or postponed due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, illness, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, we may reschedule the service instead of issuing a refund where appropriate.
