3. No Guaranteed Results
Astrology and spiritual practices are matters of faith and belief. Results may vary from person to person depending on individual karma, actions, free will, circumstances, and other factors beyond anyone’s control.
No guarantee is made regarding:
- Marriage or relationship success
- Reconciliation with an ex-partner
- Love success or attraction
- Vashikaran outcomes
- Job placement or promotion
- Business growth or profits
- Financial gains
- Court case outcomes
- Health recovery
- Visa approval or immigration
- Childbirth or fertility
- Any specific prediction or remedy outcome
4. Pooja and Ritual Services
When a pooja or ritual is booked:
- It will be performed according to traditional methods and available circumstances.
- Photos, videos, or live recordings of rituals may not be provided due to privacy, religious sanctity, or spiritual reasons.
- Completion of a ritual does not imply or guarantee a particular result.
5. Client Responsibility
Clients remain solely responsible for:
- Their personal decisions and actions.
- Financial investments.
- Medical treatments.
- Legal matters.
- Relationship choices.
- Career or business decisions.
Astrological guidance should not replace advice from qualified doctors, lawyers, accountants, therapists, or financial professionals.
6. Payment Policy
- Full or advance payment may be required before consultations or rituals begin.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Services commence only after payment confirmation.
7. Refund Policy
- Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has started or been completed.
- Fees paid for poojas, rituals, mantra chanting, or spiritual remedies are non-refundable once preparations or performance has begun.
- Refund requests based on dissatisfaction with predictions or lack of expected results will not be accepted.
8. Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests should be made in advance. Approval is subject to availability and reasonable discretion.
9. Confidentiality
Personal information shared during consultations will be kept confidential except where disclosure is required by applicable law or necessary to protect legal rights.
10. Respectful Conduct
Abusive language, threats, harassment, fraudulent payment disputes, or misuse of services may result in immediate refusal or termination of services without refund.
11. Limitation of Liability
Acharya Roop Ji shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, financial, emotional, or personal losses arising from reliance on consultations, predictions, remedies, or rituals.
12. Eligibility
Clients must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by applicable law.
13. Force Majeure
Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, illness, technical failures, religious observances, or government restrictions.
14. Intellectual Property
All written reports, remedies, spiritual guidance, and consultation materials remain the intellectual property of Acharya Roop Ji and may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially distributed without permission.
15. Governing Law
